Human Resource Development :
Open Research Laboratory

Our open research laboratory is available for our customers to learn emulsification, dispersion, solubilization technology, and basic cosmetic technologies ranging from skincare to make-up. We also help create new products through developmental efforts with our customers.

Training Course Guidelines

  • Basic Courses: Three (3) introductory training courses and one (1) application training course are available (see course details below).
Basic Training Course 1 (POE Type Surfactant Course)
Basic Training Course 2 (Food Additives and Natural Surfactants)
Basic Training Course 3 (Pre-mixed Emulsifying Complexes)
    Application Training Course (Emulsion Technology)
  • Duration: Each course is designed to take five (5) days, but several may be combined for a more extended period of 10, 15, or 20 days.
  • Professional Feedback: Meetings and discussions are conducted regarding your specific development topics. Our specialists will be happy to offer advice and solutions to your current problems and issues. It is also possible to combine the introductory training course with a personalized, specific project.
  • Marketing Trends: On the final day of the course, an optional program is offered where you can learn about recent trends in the cosmetic market and make prototype formulations to match existing market products.
  • NIKKOL Course: We also offer a unique course focused on applying the most recent NIKKOL raw materials, which will help you understand our products better and learn how to use them.
  • Customization: Various customized courses can be arranged upon request.
